Dr. Terry Hildebrandt is an executive coach, organization development consultant, researcher, coach educator, coach supervisor, entrepreneur, and author. He is the founder and CEO of Terry Hildebrandt and Associates, LLC, an organization development and executive coaching consultancy. Terry is also founder and CEO of Activating Leadership LLC, a leadership development company. He also serves as the Director of the Evidence Based Coaching Program at the Fielding Graduate University.
Terry has over 21 years of coaching experience and 31 years of business experience. He has dedicated a large portion of his career to executive coaching and organization development. He has worked with companies and organizations in multiple industries including high tech, aerospace, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, insurance, energy, construction, network communications, farming/ranching, government, schools, and nonprofit. He works primarily with mid-level and senior executives including members of the executive committee, board chairs, chief executive officers, vice presidents, directors, and selected promising leaders.

He has worked in Germany, Israel, Singapore, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and the United States. Terry also grew up working on his family’s vegetable farm and cattle ranch for over 12 years.

Terry earned his PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University. Dr. Laura Belsten is an executive coach specializing in leadership, management, communication, and social + emotional intelligence. She has successfully supported C-suite and senior-level executives one-to-one and in teams for almost two decades in private practice as an executive coach, team coach and facilitator, and strategic consultant. She specializes in working with her clients on strategy development and refinement, leadership development (including Leader as Coach), results-focused change management, and more. She also supports her clients in developing personal skills such as negotiation and powerful influencing, interpersonal and political skills, working with difficult people, improving personal power, conflict management, emotional intelligence, executive presence, building trust, delegating, motivating and coaching others, providing honest and effective feedback, personal and professional resilience, stress management, and time management.
Prior to becoming a coach, Laura spent 25 years in various executive and leadership positions in the private and public sectors, and has, in addition, been on the faculty of the University of Denver for 25 years, teaching graduate courses in leadership and communication.
In addition to 1:1 and team coaching, Laura facilitates executive and Board retreats, leads energizing, customized team-building and leadership development sessions, and designs and conducts comprehensive organizational assessments.

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Christina has more than a decade of experience as a facilitator, coach and trainer consulting on leadership development, strategic change, team development, and results driven process excellence. She has worked with multi-national corporations both globally and in the US to develop and deploy a variety of organizational tools including readiness assessments, communication plans, role mapping, and talent retention plans. Some of her recent clients include the US Department of Veteran Affairs, where she created curriculum and facilitated training; the State of Colorado, where she created an ethical leadership training; and Stanford University, where she developed a coaching program for professional and administrative staff. She is an adjunct lecturer at CSU on ethical leadership and is a guest lecturer at Stanford University. She is also a national board member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Executive Coach, Organization Development Consultant
Dr. Knickerbocker has an extensive career in organizational change consulting, meeting design & facilitation, project management, change management and training – in both executive management roles and as a consultant.
His most recent work has been as a social entrepreneur working with innovative start-up nonprofit organizations in the education sector. Before that he had a successful 15-year career at Hewlett-Packard, where he provided organizational development consulting to HP executives and ran a management consulting practice for HP customers. Before that he was an IT manager and project manager in the financial industry focused on large software development projects.
Jim graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a BA in Economics, holds an MA in Management from John F. Kennedy University, as well as an MA and PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. His doctoral work focused on the use of experiential learning to help people adapt to change. He is a member of the American Psychological Association.
In addition, he is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West in San Francisco, and a member of the American Psychological Association.
His executive coaching work is typically aimed to allow leaders to successfully drive major organizational change. His transformational coaching work is focused on helping clients leverage deep sources of personal meaning for what they want to do in the world.
EXECUTIVE AND LEADERSHIP COACH, TRAINER
Tim Kincaid is an executive coach and consultant specializing in strategic communications, change management/ organization development (OD), and leadership development. He specializes in helping leaders, teams, and organizations become more focused, effective and successful. He also teaches university level business courses.
Dr. Kincaid is a highly trained executive coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), specializing in helping leaders to be more focused, effective and successful. He holds certifications to administer and interpret several well-known assessments. In addition, Tim is on the executive coaching rosters for UCLA Anderson School of Management, Rice University Doerr Institute for New Leaders, the University of North Texas, Coaching Right Now, and other organizations.
Previous consulting clients included American Airlines, DFW International Airport, and the FAA (as an independent contractor with Overland Resource Group). His work focuses on increasing organizational effectiveness and productivity through transformation of culture, with emphasis on building a more collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Tim brings more than 25 years of corporate experience to his practice, including more than 16 years with American Airlines at its corporate headquarters. At American, he provided strategic communications counsel and support to executives on a wide range of issues and initiatives, with a focus on accurate and effective communications to all stakeholders. He worked extensively with AA’s HR department on many initiatives, including organization change management and diversity.
He is adjunct faculty at three universities. At the University of North Texas College of Business, he regularly teaches an airline management course with a focus on leadership development. Dr. Kincaid also teaches three online social & behavioral sciences courses for Wilmington University. Tim also teaches online graduate level management courses for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is co-author of an MBA case study for the Reaching-Out MBA organization.
Tim holds a Doctorate in Human Resource Development, through the Executive Leadership Doctoral Program at The George Washington University. His dissertation focused on Transformative Learning Theory, an adult learning theory highly relevant for coaching and OD work. He holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism/PR from the University of Oklahoma. Tim’s coach training and certification were through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and also has additional training in the Organization Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) model. He holds ACC certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
Organization Development Consultant
As a seasoned leader, cross-organizational collaborator, and facilitator of organizational change, Jean focuses on strategic planning, organizational change consulting, organizational systems analysis, and leadership development. Through engaged knowledge transfer, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations build their capacity to identify systemic barriers and enablers to progress, and then determine the highest-leverage strategies necessary to move well beyond what they thought possible. She has worked with a diverse set of clients, including: a Catholic Archdiocese to create a strategy to address changing cultural needs; a Texas-based consortium of hospitals to develop a collaborative long-term training strategy; a Fortune 50 car manufacturer to develop a 20-year strategy for their contribution to the mobility industry; and a 22,000-student urban school district to create a multi-stakeholder strategy to engage and graduate students, regardless of financial and social status.
Prior to becoming a consultant, she spent over 20 years at Hewlett Packard, where she was a senior management consultant, HP’s organizational learning program manager, a global training manager, and an engineer. Jean organized and led the Global Change Management Community of Practice (COP), where she convened leading thinkers in organizational change and facilitated global best practice sharing.
Jean is a founding member, and past elected Governing Council member, of the Society for Organizational Learning. Jean is also a former adjunct instructor at University of California, Davis. She is a member of the OD Network and ASTD. Jean is certified to teach Systems Thinking and Action Learning from the MHA Institute; is licensed to conduct WisdomScape© Leading Self, Team, and Organization Assessments; is certified in Coaching from a Systems Perspective; and is certified in the FourSight Innovation Assessment toolset.
Jean couples the technical underpinnings of a BS in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University with the knowledge gained from her studies in organizational systems at Saybrook Graduate School. She has completed extensive field and coursework in organizational learning, systems thinking, and strength-based change and innovation.

Jim Marsden collaborates with clients to achieve personal, group, or organizational breakthroughs through transformative experiences. These experiences often take the form of innovative workshops and projects and produce meaningful contributions at both individual and collective levels. For the last twenty-three years, Ms. Mintzer-McMahon has been working as an organizational consultant, executive coach and trainer. She specializes in leadership development, team building, change management, building strategic partnerships and training in mindful leadership. In 1989, she founded The Center for Transitional Management (CTM) in Orinda, California. Ms. McMahon is also head of the consulting division of Women in Leadership for The Alexcel Group. She has been head of the coaching faculty for the Global Institute for Leadership at Linkage Inc. from 2003-2011. In 2012, she was offered a position as adjunct trainer/presenter working with the Marcus Buckingham Company. She facilitates workshops and consults both nationally and internationally for a wide variety of professional organizations including those in business, media, high-risk occupations, hospitality, mental health and education. She has keynoted and developed training programs for Women in Leadership, Strategic Partnering, Mindfulness and Strategies for Successful Leadership for companies including Shell International, Intel, Pella Corporation, Nektar Therapeutics, University Polytechnic in Madrid and many others.
For the last two years, Ms. McMahon has been partnered with Alexcel and Institute for Executive Development in a research project and paper on Best Practices for Executives in Transition. She has been frequently called on to speak and consult on this topic.
Ms. Mintzer-McMahon was an instructor for over 20 years in the Graduate Psychology Department at John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, California, teaching Systems Theory and Group Dynamics. In 1999, she accepted a position as adjunct professor at St. Mary’s College in Moraga, teaching Group Process in the Graduate Department of Education and Counseling.
Based on her specialization in leadership development, coaching and consulting, she is a contributing author to Enlightened Power: How Women Are Transforming the Practice of leadership released in April 2005. She is also a contributing author to Marshall Goldsmith’s recently released book on Coaching for Leadership showcasing her model for Transformational Change.
Ms. Mintzer-McMahon is a psychotherapist and has accumulated twenty-five years of clinical experience, during part of this time she worked as a full time clinical consultant to a Police Department in Northern California. While working for the police she developed one of the first systemically oriented programs in Stress Management and soon became sought after as a consultant in Stress Management for both Business and Professionals in High Risk Occupations.

Ted Middelberg is an executive coach, leadership consultant and a supervisor for other executive coaches.
